Sound Bath & Sound Healing Services
Individual sound bath sessions offer a deeply restorative, one-to-one experience designed to support relaxation, emotional regulation, and inner reflection. Using carefully curated soundscapes, these sessions invite the nervous system into a state of rest and receptivity, allowing space for release, integration, and renewal.

Each session is tailored to your needs and may integrate voice, gentle guided imagery, and a selection of instruments such as crystal singing bowls, drums, chimes, flute, and other resonance-based tools. Sessions can be supportive during times of stress, grief, transition, creative exploration, or when words feel insufficient.

No prior experience is needed, simply come as you are and rest into sound.

In-person sessions can be done in Leduc and Edmonton Area, Alberta.

Standard session rates are $150.00 (1 hour from Leduc location) and start at $225 (when travelling to you and setting up in the privacy of your own space) however there is a sliding scale option that can be discussed during a free consultation or intake.
These integrative sessions blend art therapy and sound-based practices to support emotional expression, nervous system regulation, and gentle self-exploration. Through guided art-making and immersive sound, you are invited to access deeper layers of awareness beyond words, at your own pace and in a supportive, non-judgmental space.

This offering can support stress reduction, grief and life transitions, creative renewal, spiritual exploration, and grounding during times of overwhelm.

Group Sound Bath Sessions
Group sound bath sessions offer a shared, immersive experience of rest, resonance, and renewal. Through soothing vibrations and live sound, such as crystal singing bowls, drums, chimes, flute, and voice, you are invited to settle the nervous system, release tension, and reconnect with yourself in a supportive collective space.

These sessions are designed to be accessible and grounding, with no prior experience needed, simply come as you are and receive.

If hiring for a group session, fees start at $350.00 depending on location and group sizes.
