All Services

We provide integrative therapeutic services combining art therapy, sound and music, and spiritually informed practices. Services are offered for individuals, couples, families, groups, and communities, with each session tailored to support emotional regulation, reflection, connection, and growth. Check out below for different offerings.

Art therapy provides a gentle, creative space to explore emotions, experiences, and personal growth, no art skills or words required. Guided art-making supports expression in a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental setting.
Offerings include individual, couple, family, and group sessions, tailored to support unique needs and relationships.

This self-paced offering supports personal reflection and creative exploration through thoughtfully designed art therapy kits and guided booklets. Participants work at their own rhythm, with optional short online check-in sessions to support integration, reflection, and continued growth.

I offer contracted and agency-based services that bring art therapy, music-based practices, and integrated expressive arts directly into organizations, agencies, and workplaces. These services are designed to support ongoing care, emotional regulation, connection, and resilience for clients, staff, and communities.

Rather than one-time programming, this model provides consistent, relationship-centered support that can be embedded into existing services or offered as a standalone program.

Sessions can be tailored and integrated to include art therapy, music, voice, and spiritual reflection when meaningful to the client. These practices are offered as therapeutic supports to help individuals explore emotions, strengthen inner resources, and experience connection and regulation within a safe, respectful space.

These services blend therapy with creative, spiritual, and shamanic-informed practices when meaningful to the client. Offerings are gentle, optional, and grounded in care; supporting emotional healing, reflection, and connection in ways that honor each person’s beliefs and boundaries.

I design visually engaging posters, programs, and brochures for events, organizations, and companies, ensuring each piece aligns with brand identity, communicates key information clearly, and supports marketing and outreach goals. From concept development and layout design to copy refinement and print-ready formatting, I create professional materials that are both aesthetically compelling and strategically structured for impact.

My sound bath and healing sessions weave together voice, drum, flute, harp, other instruments, and intuitive sound to create a supportive space for rest, regulation, and emotional integration. Gentle rhythm, breath, and melody help settle the nervous system, while live instrumental sound offers a container for emotional release, reflection, and deep listening. Sessions may stand alone or be integrated with art therapy and other expressive practices, depending on individual needs.

I offer team-building experiences and speaking engagements that blend expressive arts, reflective dialogue, and experiential learning to support connection, communication, and resilience. These offerings are designed for workplaces, organizations, schools, conferences, retreats, and community groups seeking meaningful, human-centered engagement.

I offer therapeutic games and escape-style experiences that bring creative problem-solving, expressive arts, and interactive learning into organizations, agencies, and workplaces. These experiences are designed to support emotional regulation, communication, connection, and resilience through guided play, symbolic challenges, and collaborative engagement.

Therapeutic games can be integrated into existing programming or offered as standalone sessions, creating meaningful opportunities for reflection, teamwork, and growth within a supportive environment.

Using simple, non-judgmental art prompts, participants are invited to explore connection, curiosity, and presence in short, structured encounters. Art becomes a shared language, offering insight into values, communication styles, and relational patterns without the pressure of “getting it right.”
